In addition to configuring the local station, the Administrator has to configure the remote stations for sending/receiving mail to/from other locations. The Administrator selects 'Location' tab from the 'Local Configuration' menu, to configure the remote locations.

Configuring other locations

Name : Name of the location. This name should exactly match with the name
given all across the AIMS network. A mismatch in names will result in loss of mail.
Code   : The two letter code assigned to the AIMS server at the remote location. The code, again must match exactly with that provided in the AIMS Server or else there will be loss of mail in the network.
